At our dealership, our goal is to provide every customer with safe, efficient, high-quality service performed by factory-trained technicians using the proper tools, equipment, and manufacturer-supported repair procedures. In order to maintain the highest standards of workmanship, turnaround time, and customer satisfaction, we have established the following service department policies and eligibility guidelines.
For safety, liability, and quality-control reasons, we do not mount customer-supplied tires. All tires installed by our service department must be purchased directly through our dealership. Motorcycle tires are a critical safety component, and proper fitment, load rating, speed rating, age, storage conditions, and product authenticity all play an important role in vehicle safety and performance. By supplying the tires we install, we are able to ensure the following:
This policy allows us to stand behind the products and services we provide.
We do not service off-road vehicles that are more than 10 years old and we do not service street motorcycles that are more than 20 years old.
As powersports vehicles age, parts availability, manufacturer support, diagnostic compatibility, and repair reliability can become increasingly limited. Older units frequently require extensive disassembly, obsolete components, and custom repair solutions that can significantly increase downtime, repair uncertainty, and excessive cost. By limiting service to newer units, we are able to provide more accurate repair timelines, maintain parts availability, and deliver a higher level of service consistency for our customers, while also keeping our lead-times to as reasonable a level as possible during times of peak demand.
Our dealership services only the brands we proudly represent and sell, including the following:
Focusing on our authorized brands allows our technicians to maintain advanced factory training and certification standards while ensuring access to the latest manufacturer diagnostic equipment, technical service bulletins, specialized tools, software updates and OEM parts support. Every service includes OEM-approved parts and fluids for maximum reliability, and we install factory-quality accessories and back them with expert workmanship.
This brand-focused approach helps us provide the highest level of expertise, accuracy, and turnaround time possible for our customers.
At this time, we do not service personal watercraft or marine products. Watercraft service requires specialized equipment, tooling, diagnostic systems, and dedicated technician training, and in order to maintain efficiency and expertise within our core service categories, we have chosen to focus exclusively on the vehicle types we are factory-authorized and fully equipped to support.
We appreciate your understanding and thank you for trusting our team with your powersports service needs.
