Really loved working with Jake! He was very patient and put up with my indecision trying to choose the right bike. Moon simply has too many amazing bikes to choose from. It's a good problem to have. Kaiden in parts was also very kind and helpful getting me the accessories I wanted. Will be definitely getting my next bike with them even though they are far away from where I live. Update: Service department is also very friendly and knowledgeable. Recommend getting your bike serviced with them if you're able! Update 2: Just got my bikes yearly service which took much longer than was promised. I was 15 minutes late due to a road blocked off but the hour and a half service turned into 4 hours. I had asked what was taking so long at the 3 hour mark and they said they were just taking it down for a test ride. So I waited again. Finally after another hour passed I gathered my things and went back there and they were just printing my invoice. Got a feeling my bike got put aside for other more important jobs. Edit: Worked with Dave to get my new Tiger 900 Rally Pro. Got a fantastic deal on a still new 2025. Dave stayed past closing to ensure I got my bike as financing was having issues. Tim finished up the finance and was awesome as well. This is my 3rd bike from Moon and likely won't be my last!
